Calèche - travelling inside the landscape

The Dutch bodybuilder Caleche has developed and patented the convertible mini/midibus that gives new pleasure of traveling, allowing the traveler feels in nature around him, feeling, smelling, and enjoy the ride otherwise.

Caleche believes in innovating the passenger experience, by increasing the capability of enjoying the various sceneries the world has to offer. This is achieved by installing a glass covered electrically operating roof, developed and patented by Caleche.

Among the new features we could see at the Bus and Coach Trade Fair (FIAA 2014) in Madrid one of the highlights was this new invention: the convertible mini and midibus, with all the windows and the roof open. Open the bus it a convertible, but with protection to keep the wind out, and once closed the sunroof and the windows with fine amounts give a feeling to travel in nature.

Once closed you can put the heating or the air conditioning, but in fact the windows are designed so that do not pass nor cold, nor heat, nor the sun. Everything is comfort in these transformations.

Although we have not seen an electric version of these small buses between 8-30 seats, it would be entirely feasible to use an electric chassis/engine for these purposes, it would be the height of emotions.

The potential customers the company responsibles see in wineries that want to offer more to their clients, or quality hotels, tour-operator and selected small groups looking for a memorable trip and small companies who need a luxery car/microbus; inside, everything is possible.
