Yamaha, one of the pioneers of E-Bikes since 1993, will return to international markets with a whole range of very attractive new models, which has just been presented at a show in Las Vegas.
Yamaha bikes, which were also available for a few years in Europe, have been sold mainly on the Japanese market, they speak of more than two million units. Now, with the new electric bicycle boom around the world, Yamaha wants to return to the major markets. It is not yet defined when a new range is offered in Europe, but it is already decided to launch in the United States.
The models, all of them Class 1 pedal-assist bikes, that is to say that you have to pedal to receive the help of an electric motor, are four: UrbanRush, specially prepared for the streets of the big cities, CrossConnect, an everyday-recreation.utility bike, CrossCore, a flat-bar fitness bike and the YDX-Torc cross-country for the mountain.
