The Californian company Marss Cycles presents the most prestigious electric bicycles available on market, all handmade, and looking very different.
They aim to build an elite line of electric bicycles that enables riders to take advantage of a unique motorcycle-inspired riding experience in places where bicycles, and not motorcycles, are allowed.
The frame, fork and handlebars are constructed from 4130 chromoly tubing. The cycle use a brushless three-phase DC rear-hub motor, powered by a lithium battery 48V / 20 Ah. It uses motorcycle quality componentes as wheels, tires, hubs, controls, seat and grips. For braking are the hydraulic disk brake, and the weight is about 140 lbs. Good for 20 mph on flat ground with an average 175 lbs rider.
The prices start at 7.500 $.
