Bultaco Brinco, production starts very soon

As confirmed by the company, the production of the Bultaco Brinco electric will start very soon. On september 2015 they start with the Brinco R, a no-homologated versión, to continue days later with the production of the Brinco S, homologated with 25 km/h limits as an electric bike, and with 45 km/h limit as a motor bike.
