Aero Service is a Polish manufacturer of various vehicles like planes, boats and electric vehicles.
They have several projects underway as an electric bicycle with four wheels, the EV4, and an electric EV4 solar-powered catamaran.This small catamaran, named Solar Salmo, is about five meters long and has 2.50 meters maximum beam. It is made entirely of aluminum. Its 2 HP electric motor is powered by solar panels situated on the roof of 6 panels 24V/250W, reaching a power supply of 1.5kW.
The maximum speed of this catamaran is the equivalent of about 10km/h, and 6 to 8 people can be transported. The model is still in the testing phase, but early departures have given encouraging results.
