Dendrobium, new electric supercar from Singapore

The Dendrobium from Singapore, an electric supercar to be presented in 2017, demostrates the tendency to create special supercars for the electric future... Asian companies will go ahead with this.

Dendrobium, the name of an orchid, seeks inspiration in nature but built with the most modern technology available. The company behind this ambitious project, which provides the presentation of a fully developed prototype by 2017, called Vanda Electric.

With the help of British companies - in fact the British have done a great reputation in the latest technology and design of the future - with companies such as Williams Advanced Engineering and EPTA-Design on board, the new Singapore company wants to present a sportive supercarwith  more than 1,500 horsepower and 4,000 NM torque, a record in this field. It will be fully electric, and therefore quiet, super fast with a top speed of 400 km/h and a great challenge for the future.

Behind this company is Wong Fong Engineering, a specialist in cranes and military vehicles, mainly.
