Stratingh & Becker electric vehicle from 1835

The Dutch professor Sibrandus Stratingh and the instrument maker Christopher Becker, after surprising with a steam tricycle in 1834, presented months later this all-electric tricycle equipped with one of the first batteries.

The original from 1835 resides in the University Museum Groningen. Replica built and filmed by Anton Stoelwinder Gorredijk. we are still locking for a photo of Christopher Becker.
