This six-wheeler ATV specially developed for hard work outside the roads comes from Moskow. It is completely eco-friendly using six electric motors. It is also amphibious. The Green Scout is currently looking for investors to be built in small production.
The company was set up in 2017, formed from two teams. The first team included geolists who had been working in the field in the extreme north for many years, to show how ideal off-road equipment should look. The second team included talented design engineers who had been working on the creation of various devices and mechanisms as well as solving different non-standard tasks.
The Russians formed a united working team managing to solve a difficult task of creating perfect off-road equipment.
The 6-wheel electric amphibious all-terrain vehicle Green Scout has a 3 kw (4 hp) electric engine in each wheel, so a total power of 24 hp. Each wheel also has its own hydraulic shock absorber and hydraulic disc brake. The power is provided by a battery pack located under the driver`s seat. The ATV has a length of 3,1 m, width of 1,8m and height of 1,2 meters, the weight is about 450 kg, with a ground clearance of 0,45 meters. Speed on land is 70 km/h and on water 5 km/h. For using in water an outboard motor could be ordered.
The creators of this special vehicle are looking for commercialization since the second half of this year, pricing the vehicle at around 10.000 US$. To get this they are creating an Indiegogo compaign where people can order directly thsi amphibious vehicle.
