The Peraves AG from Switzerland is in liquidation andf will stop producing the exciting Monotracer and Zerotracer.
As puiblished by Roger Riedener on his facebook, "we have made the world's most energy-efficient high-performance vehicle, won the X Prize, and thus left our mark. But it was not good enough to be a viable business case. Too expensive, too difficult to learn to ride, not winter-worthy nor tropical-heat-worthy, and we have to accept those verdicts and make it better. So good in fact, that we will be able to find an industrial partner who will finally build the NextGen intelligent electric narrow enclosed commuter in numbers and for prices that will truly matter. Watch this space for things to come. Giving up is not in my dictionary. Thanks for following me in the last couple of years, anyway!
